To speak directly with a systems technician call 800 607-0123 and select the option for Unix. Most of the sites we host are on Unix machines.

Website Control Panel

The control panel for your site can be found using this type of address:
http://yourdomain.com/monstercontrols
or
http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/monstercontrols

Log in using the username and password that you received when your site was set up. If you do not have your log in's call or email us to get them.

Use the control panel to add email accounts, set up email redirects, set up a MySQL database, install and uninstall pre-configured scripts in your site and many other functions related to your site. The manual can provide instructions for many of the Control Panel features.
